Transit Oriented Development Fellows

TOD Lab

The Transit Oriented Development(TOD) Lab is offering the TOD Fellows Program designed for teams of planners, practitioners, academics, and students who want to design TOD projects for their locality or develop value chains related to TOD.

At the end of this 11-month program, the participants working in teams will have:

  1. designed one local basic TOD project including implementation plans*

  2. engaged local planners and policy-makers in co-creating local TOD projects and TOD-supportive policies

  3. pitched the TOD project to potential funders

Duration: 11 months

Level of Effort: Participants will work in teams of 10-20, with each fellow devoting at least 4 hours per week over 11 months.

Program Fee: 2,000 USD for a team of 10-20 participants working on a single TOD project

*Funding of project proposals is not guaranteed.
