Program Overview: The Youth-led Digital Transformation (Y4DT) Program is an innovative initiative aimed at leveraging the energy, creativity, and technological acumen of the youth to drive digital transformation at the grassroots level. This program seeks to empower students and Sangguniang Kabataan officers as catalysts of change within their respective barangays. By partnering with universities and senior high schools, the Y4DT Program aims to establish innovation hubs that serve as centers for learning, collaboration, and digital solution development.
Objectives
Foster a culture of digital literacy, innovation, and entrepreneurship among Filipino youth.

Key Components
1. Y4DT Training and Capacity Building
Organize workshops, seminars, and training sessions to equip students and Sangguniang Kabataan officers with digital skills, including coding, data analysis, digital marketing, and project management.

2. Artificial Intelligence Track
Innovate using emerging artificial tools, platforms, and strategies alongside other enabling technologies such as social media, IoT, big data, virtual reality, digital financial inclusion, and blockchain

Collaborate with local government units to identify key challenges and opportunities within each barangay.
Facilitate the development of innovative digital solutions to address these challenges, involving students, Sangguniang Kabataan officers, and local community members.
